Inquiry Team

Jim Logie is a solicitor in the Government Legal Service for Scotland. Having worked as a lecturer at the University of Dundee and in private practice, he joined the then Office of the Solicitor to the Secretary of State for Scotland in 1992. Since then he has gained extensive experience across the public sector, working for both Scottish and UK Governments. Before joining the Inquiry, he headed the team in the Office of the Advocate General for Scotland responsible for conducting litigation on behalf of HMRC in Scotland.
