The chair of the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry, Lord Brodie, is pleased to announce that Alastair Duncan QC has been appointed Counsel to the Inquiry. John MacGregor QC has been as appointed at Deputy Counsel to the Inquiry, and Ross McClelland and Victoria Arnott are appointed as Junior Counsel.
