Inquiry Document

This is a revised version of Provisional Position Paper 9. It follows from an earlier draft that was circulated to relevant Core Participants for feedback. The Inquiry carefully considered the comments received, together with the supporting material submitted and other material held by it. It reviewed and revised the draft accordingly to produce this Provisional Position Paper, which reflects the Inquiry’s understanding of the topic in question in advance of the hearing commencing 26 February 2024.
