The National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2026 came into force on 1 April 2026 (SSI 2026/20).
This made certain changes including that the common name for the Common Services Agency ceased to be "NHS National Services Scotland" and became "Public Services Delivery Scotland". There are no changes to the constituent parts of the former NHS NSS, such as ARHAI, National Procurement, NHS Scotland Assure and Central Legal Office.
