Procedural hearing to be held on 06 March 2023

The Scottish Hospitals Inquiry is holding a procedural hearing on 06 March 2023 to discuss the purpose and processes for the upcoming April hearing.
The procedural hearing will start at 10:00 am and can be viewed via livestream on our YouTube channel.
The April hearing will focus on the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People and the Department for Clinical Neurosciences in Edinburgh.
Subject to the finalisation of the witness programme, the hearing will run for two weeks between 24 April and 10 May 2023 and will cover the following:
- Questions that could not be resolved in the recently published Provisional Position Papers
- Matters that could not be completed in the May 2022 hearing
- The development of the reference design
- The procurement exercise
- The contract
- The period to financial close
