Restriction Order 7 Published

Lord Brodie has issued Restriction Order 7, which protects the anonymity of Witness 7.
This applies to any information which could lead to the identification of this witness. The Witness Statement or any other evidence provided to the Inquiry will include redactions before being published on the Inquiry’s website or sent to Core Participants, should they contain identifying information.
The Order remains in place until the Chair states otherwise, and breach of the order could result in court proceedings being taken under section 36 of the 2005 Inquiries Act.
