The Scottish Hospitals Inquiry was formally set-up on 3 August 2020. This date is the earliest date at which evidence may be considered by the Inquiry and marks the transition to an independent Inquiry. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it was not possible to have a public event to mark this milestone. However, the Chair, the Right Honourable Lord Brodie QC PC recorded a short introduction to the Inquiry and his approach to it. This can be watched on our YouTube channel
